With over 25 years of residential building experience in the homebuilding sector, Square Foot Flooring brings an operational standard to flooring that traditional sub-contractors rarely offer. As part of the leadership behind Timothy Homes, our affiliated building arm, our leadership team possesses a deep understanding of both sides of the transaction—the rigorous demands of the general contractor and the high expectations of the property owner. We chose to master flooring because it is one of the most critical, visual phases of any build or renovation.
